      • Embarked on a profound journey of cultural immersion, delving into the nuances of Indonesian language, people, traditional instruments, fabrics, and cuisine.

      • Cultivated a holistic understanding of the local culture, contributing to a rich and diverse international experience that transcended mere academic boundaries.

  • Service Trip in Mexico:

    • Service trip in Mexico during my Junior Spring Break at Huellas De Pan.

    • Huellas De Pan attracts volunteers internationally who come and provide meals for children.

    • Through this experience, I learned to adapt to a new environment, different language and was immersed in the Mexican culture.

The following experiences enriched my undergraduate experience as I was able to learn about the experiences of locals within each country and the unique challenges they experience. It also allowed me to use my breaks to contribute towards causes and initiatives important to me (poverty, education, and sustainability) through a global context.
